Day 4 Agucaduora to Vilana du Castelo

Well today was a day. There was no fog this morning so the sun was in full force early on. It was a pretty quiet morning walking walking walking and then somewhere before mile 5 I did a classic Sunita face plant. I fell pretty hard but luckily didn’t take Rich down with me. I am totally fine but landed pretty hard and have a spot on my knee that feels a little weird and swollen. So we are taking a down day for the rest of today and tomorrow and then will resume walking.
