But what about Pepper?

I know this journey is going to be challenging in so many ways but the one I am dreading the most is being away from our perfect poodle, Pepper.

Pepper is the sweetest, slightly neurotic, goofiest little muppet that invaded our hearts 8 years ago.

We are so lucky that she has so many Aunties who are willing to watch over her and spoil her relentlessly. Auntie Alisa has graciously offered to take her while we are gone. Honestly this is the only way we would be able to do our Camino. While I will miss her so much, I know Pepper will be so happy and well loved while we are gone. Pepper’s other Aunties, Sandy and Sue, will be helping out and Aunt Bridget is on backup.
